get a free can of spray paint...!

There's a new spray paint company out there that makes paint with 70% pigment, that you can spray upside down and sideways, called Plutonium G. They're opening shops all over Europe and they're based in the US.
They have teamed up with us for a really generous Christmas promo thing, where if you subscribe to Overspray street art magazine they'll send you a free can of paint, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE. That is nuts kids, I say hop on it.
A subscription to Overspray is only $12 US, plus shipping (on the mags, not the can, they cover that). What with the weak dollar this deal just gets better.

Go to www.overspraymag.com for details.

The idea is that its a Christmas gift thing, but everyone will understand if you need to cop this for yourself. Wink

Hey, a few more pics from the party on Friday, why not? Thanks again to Horatio Baltz.

TURN OUT THE LIGHTS

...the party's over. Last Friday we threw a little get together to celebrate the holidays and sell off all the art in our office for the big move. Big thanks to Horatio Baltz for taking some pictures:

When I got to work today my desk was covered in leftover beer and cookies.

...WHAT?

No, this is not a joke. No, I don't think it's photoshopped. If you don't buy into, watch this video, that's what convinced me. Maybe not as exciting as watching someone bomb a highway overpass, but in some ways it's a little more... mind-bending?

Check out Kitchen Budapest's website find out about this and a dozen other wild projects they've got going on.

MORE PRIMARY FLIGHT

As promised, there's more. Again, thanks to Logan Hicks and Jeremiah Garcia for hooking it up. Check out the Primary Flight website if you get a chance.

PRIMARY FLIGHT

Just got a ton of flicks from Primary Flight down in Miami. Huge thanks to Jeremiah Garcia for taking them all and Logan Hicks for sending them our way.

Stay tuned for more flicks, and hey, why not check out Jeremiah's website?

GOODBYE OVERSPRAY GALLERY

Have you heard? We're moving offices. Everything we own needs to be out of the building next week, so everything we can get rid of, we're getting rid of. That means that all of the art we have from our "Pick Up The Pieces" series of shows is getting sold off to friends and accomplices tomorrow.

Shit has been pretty wild in the office, getting ready for issue 7's impending release, getting ready to dismantle our office, and now getting ready for one last little show. I snagged a few pictures of the art we have kicking around while Ali and Io took inventory and hung everything up.

2 LATE 2 HATE 2

2 LATE 2 HATE 2 was a show organized by Prophecy Magazine, comprised of work by 50 friends of the late ELF MPC who each donated one piece to sell, in the hopes of raising money to publish ELF (aka Carlucci Bencivenga)'s work. ELF was a big deal in the Lower East Side arts scene whose contributions went beyond graff, into sound performances and printmaking, and he's truly missed.

I don't know how we missed this, but we did. Too many shows, I'm serious. RIP ELF. Hopefully the show was a success and we'll all get to see his life and work commemorated nicely.

BOXI

Boxi just got a new website online, maybe you want to check it out? This is a guy who puts up stencils with more layers than you can count on one hand, satirizing the buff and getting clever with space.

First photo comes from Twango.
