Idiot the Wise
Idiot the Wise grew up on the south side of Chicago and St. Louis before relocating to Tel Aviv, where he currently spends his time subverting the status quo however he can. The buff is strong in his current city, but instead of getting all bent out of shape, this guy goes out and plays with the white patches left behind.
"In order to create something we first make the space to hold it... Most cities on our floating rock in space seem to think that white blocks and grey squares are the solution to stopping free expression...it seems a bit funny to me to try and stop something that simply won't or can't be stopped..."
Idiot the Wise is also involved in the Window Zoo project, holding workshops with friends new and old to make animals that will live on the walls of the city. Check out Idiot's blog and this recent interview with the man himself over on Razorcake.

ItW always seems to be surprising me with another new and fresh street/free art concept. In addition to his blog, it's worth it just to check his Flickr stream directly, especially all the groups he's involved with there.
