Council Member Peter F. Vallone Jr. of Queens, NY, does it again. This time he's trying to bust AriZona Ice tea for their new All City "NRG" drink by urging stores nationwide to take the cans off their shelves. He says they're promoting crime. AriZona says they're promoting creativity. hrm....

A little bit o' history: Vallone has fought "street crime" aka graffiti throughout his career in politics because he views it as a gateway for kids to get involved in bigger and meaner crimes. We can all thank him for the tougher graffiti laws of late, i.e. prison time for writers.
